Surgery Plan

SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

She's lost 140 pounds of weight. What you'll notice is an immense amount of skin that we have to cut. This is no easy task. Literally took me about half an hour to mark her, but we're going to be removing all of this skin and making her arms as small as possible, but not too small because it has to flow perfectly from the arm to the forearm.

Then we'll be combining that with an outer chest skin excision and tightening like that. This really bothers her, and we want to chase that and correct that like this. So in combination with the arm lift, we can actually do that for her.

Surgery Results

TRNASCRIPT

This was a huge arm lift. I removed a ton of skin and fat. And if you want to see surgical material, this is it, but if you don't, look away. It was seven inches of skin that I removed from her arm, and then this is the outer chest. This is the armpit area like that, a few inches from the outer chest, four inches from the armpit, seven inches from the arm itself. We removed the fat underneath it, and look what we did for her arms. They are thin, beautiful, small, slightly overcorrected because everything in plastic surgery relaxes. So once it relaxes, it's going to be perfect, and then this armpit lift and J-thoracoplasty all done together.
