LEARN MORE ABOUT: High-Definition Lower Body Lift™, Buttock Enhancement, Thigh Lift
PATIENT AGE: Late 30s
SURGEON: Dr. Siamak Agha MD, PhD, FACS

So all done with the back and just look at that hourglass look. So today, not only did we lift her buttocks, but we made sure that we end up with an hourglass look, and here it is. This work today included a buttock lift, buttock enhancement, fat transfer to the buttocks, buttock augmentation with lower back flaps, some fat transfer to the hips to create that hourglass look, and a posterior thigh lift. Posterior means the back of the thighs were lifted, and several inches of the back of thigh skin and tissue were removed, and the back of the thighs were lifted and the infragluteal crease reconstructed. This is not an easy surgery, and it is our spiral thigh lift that we described in 2012. Sheer beauty.
And guys, just look at the perfection that we've created today. Our patient had previously had a tummy tuck, and today we did a circumferential thigh lift and buttock lift and buttock reshaping for her. These procedures are not difficult to perform, but to get a great result you have to obviously be very precise, focused, and execute at an expert level. The hardest part of the surgery is the inner thigh lift and the back of the thighs, where the creases have to be reconstructed. And if you noted, we created her infragluteal crease, and in here, the groin crease has been meticulously reconstructed. There you go. Now she has a beautiful and complete thigh elevation, lifting the front, inner, outer, and side of her thigh, and beautiful buttocks to match it.
