LEARN MORE ABOUT: High-Definition Lower Body Lift™, High-Definition Tummy Tuck, Buttock Enhancement, Thigh Lift
PATIENT AGE: Late 50s
SURGEON: Dr. Siamak Agha MD, PhD, FACS

So guys, just look at the side profile that we've created for our patient. Isn't this gorgeous? She's got beautiful lower dorsals. Fifty percent of her lower back and upper buttock skin was removed, a beautiful buttock lift, buttock enhancement with her own tissues, some liposuction of her waist to create concavity, and then rounding of the buttocks with her own lower back flaps and then transferred fat. There you go. What we also did was to really elevate this area up so that we can get more elevation of the infragluteal creases for our patient, which is something new that I'm trying to do for our patients. But overall, she's got a beautiful shape that has been restored for her.
So we are now finished with our surgery, and I could not be happier for our patient. Just look at her results. Our patient is not a weight loss patient but desired restoration of her body. And in order to achieve that, we performed our high-definition lower body lift that attends to the buttocks, outer thighs, flanks, abdomen, pubic area, and thigh front all in one day. And what you'll notice is that our patient has a beautiful contour and definition. The shadows and the light reflection represent essentially the alcohol that we spray on her skin, and we do that so that we can show you what we've been able to accomplish, which is a three-dimensional correction of her abdominal contour. The tiny vertical incision that you see above her navel represents the closure of the old navel opening, and the tiny indentation that you see here is a deep suture whereby the thigh fronts were lifted. Those sutures will absorb in about six weeks and will be gone. But in the interim, she will have a lifted thigh that will heal at a higher position and will give her a permanent thigh elevation. This is her front view, so you can appreciate the symmetry of our incisions.
