SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

Today we are doing an arm lift for our patient. There you go. We're going to be removing all of this excess tissue and skin and make her arms relatively tight. We'll be doing an armpit lift and correction there. And then we'll spend a good amount of time on the breasts.

This one is larger than this one, so we'll do a little bit of reduction here. We're going to be lifting both of them. You see the hollow areas. We're going to fill the hollow areas. And she desires to have this one smaller to match that one.

So through the technique of the internal dermal bra breast lift, we'll be reshaping her breasts, overcorrecting it, and creating cleavage for her.

We're also liposuctioning and liposculpting her abdomen. You ready? I'm ready.

So guys, we are now finished with our surgery. Today I performed an internal dermal bra breast lift. I also removed some breast tissue from the left side to match the right side. Our patient also had an indentation of her outer breasts here that we filled up with her own breast tissue, and also released this band here that had created constriction of the upper breast. Also, I performed our total arm lift, and this is the result on this side. And then I'll show you the result on this side. So there you go. We are now done and ready to wake her up.
