SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

Happy Wednesday, everyone. I have the pleasure of having one of my old patients back. Home for you is... New Mexico. New Mexico. And tell me what we did. When did we do your first surgery? In 2021. And we did a mommy makeover. So we did a tummy tuck, you did a tummy tuck, and a lipo BBL all over, and it was life-changing. Totally changed my life.

Thank you. And it was beautiful, and you're amazing and the absolute best. Thank you. And so I came back for the icing on the cake. On the cake. Yep. So five years ago, we did a 360-degree mommy makeover. We did liposuction of her back, fat transfer to the butt, internal dermal bra breast lift and breast reshaping, and a high-definition tummy tuck.

Just look at her incisions and scars. Look at that scar. You can't see it, and you can't see this one here. What has happened is that the breasts are actually larger today than prior to 2021, I would say. And after the surgery, they were smaller. She's gained a little bit of weight, and today we are going to actually reduce the breasts and lift them up again.

When you reduce the breast, obviously, now we have more skin to cut, and therefore, I have to revise the lift and place them much higher again because the volume is going to be reduced. Coming to her tummy, we're going to liposculpt her, and then on the outer aspect, we're going to tighten her outer thighs a little bit through the continuation of the tummy tuck incision.

So if you come close to me, you'll see her incision is beautiful. It's one line. But we're going to cut this out, and that will have a profound effect on this now that has, to some element, sagged. So yes, it's the icing on the cake.

Essentially, we don't really have to do much for her tummy, just liposculpt it a little bit, and that will create an element of mobilization of the abdominal skin, which will help me to tighten it up here and situate the breast higher on her chest while I'm reducing it and reshaping it and re-lifting it for her. 11 DAY FOLLOW UP TRANSCRIPT:

I'm ecstatic. You're amazing. Anybody that is considering coming to see you, I beyond recommend you. So guys, you're looking at our patient. She's about to fly back home to New Mexico, and these are her breast lift redo. She's only 11 days out, but just look at the quality of her incisions.

Here we did an inframammary fold elevation and reconstruction, and a breast lift redo, removing a tiny amount of breast tissue to make them symmetrical. Look at her hourglass look. Here we removed the excess hip skin from each side, and you can see her incision here healing beautifully, and she's about to go home.
