PROCEDURES: Extended High-Definition Tummy Tuck™, Breast Lift with Augmentation

Happy Thursday, everyone. Today we are doing an extended high- definition tummy tuck. We are extending the incision so that we can grab some of the excess waist skin. Our patient has laxity of the back, but that remains to be done another day or not. But the high-definition tummy tuck, the extended version, will improve her flanks to some degree, which is this much. We'll also be performing a pubic lift. As you'll appreciate, our incisions are super low at the junction between the abdomen and the thighs, so her incisions will always be a low cut incision. Coming to her breasts, we'll be removing some breast tissue, doing an internal lift and breast augmentation. She does have some element of outer chest skin laxity that will also be improved during this surgery by the fact that we'll be pulling some of that inwards for her.
So here we are. We are finally done with the surgery. This surgery literally took all day, but it was well worth it. You can see how beautiful our patient looks. Our patient is on the younger side, but has lost a tremendous amount of weight on GLP-1 medications, and she presented to me for a tummy tuck with breast enhancement. We ended up doing a breast augmentation with silicone implants that were placed in a submuscular pocket and slight amount of right breast reduction to match the left one, and then an internal derma bra breast lift to reshape her breast and restore fullness and roundness. Also, I had to tighten her inframammary creases because they were too loose, and I needed support for the implants so that they will not sag much in the future and stay in position. You'll also notice that the outer chest is much tighter and what I wanted to do is not only a breast enhancement, but also fixing the upper body in unison. Meaning not only having beautiful breasts, but also having beautiful breasts and a beautiful chest. For her tummy, I ended up doing our signature high definition tummy tuck, and as you can appreciate, she's got a beautiful three-dimensional silhouette to her abdomen that was created during the surgery. We also performed a monsplasty or pubic lift for our patient to bring everything together.
