Happy Wednesday, everyone. Today we are doing a breast lift and an L brachioplasty, or an arm lift. For the arms, we'll be removing all the excess tissue of the arm and essentially tightening it and lifting it up, and lifting her armpit at the same time, and creating a beautiful upper arm that flows beautifully into the forearm. And once we've completed that, then I'm gonna start working on the breasts. The breasts are asymmetrical. She has had lumpectomy here, so this larger breast now is smaller than the right one. The nipples are asymmetrical. This one has been pulled out as a result of the previous surgery and lumpectomy on that side. This one is hanging more. Generally speaking, the nipples are facing outwards, and the inframammary folds are uneven. So in the process of the lift and reshaping, we're going to reconstruct her mammary creases at the higher position like that. So that gives her a reverse tummy tuck, and I've done hundreds and hundreds of these. And then we're going to narrow her breast because it's too wide. And in the process of narrowing the breast, lifting it up, we create projection. So this is three-dimensional plastic surgery. We do not have to use implants to create projection. Essentially, we're creating projection by reshaping her breasts, creating cleavage, lifting the inframammary fold, narrowing the breasts, and a lot of internal suturing that will be built into it. Obviously, that will come with an internal dermal bra to support everything.
So guys, I could not be happier with our results. Today we did a breast lift, breast reshaping, creation of cleavage, lifting her inframammary fold, which gives her a reverse tummy tuck, and rebuilding the whole breast and performing the lift from a higher position. At the same time, we narrowed her breasts, which were all the way here. We shortened them, and by doing both of those maneuvers, we created profile, which is projection. And also, as always, I performed some degree of overcorrection so that in future these breasts will be much rounder and have upper pole fullness after they have settled to some degree. And obviously, we did an arm lift on both sides for our patient.
