Happy Thursday everyone. We are on our second case of the day. Our patient is from up San Francisco Peninsula. There you go. Up north, I was gonna say. Yeah. And is here for an arm lift, outer chest tightening, breast reduction, internal dermal bra breast lift, an extended tummy tuck with some liposuction. For the arms, obviously we're gonna do our usual total arm lift with arm pit elevation and reconstruction. For the breasts, we're gonna remove this chunk and this chunk from the outer breast and use an inferior pedicle. Inferior pedicle essentially is the breast tissue that carries the nipple areola with it, and we're gonna do a breast lift and use the internal dermal bra to reshape her breasts and obviously to create the beautiful fullness that you will see with this procedure that a lot of times looks like implants. We'll also create profile. She wants to be significantly smaller, so we may actually lose some of that projection and profile because that's what she desires. And then for her tummy, we're gonna do our high definition extended tummy tuck with a pubic lift. You ready? I'm ready.
So we are now finished with our surgery, and just look at what we've been able to accomplish for our patient. She's the same age as I, and today she had breast reduction. We removed about four hundred grams of breast tissue or two cup sizes from each side, and then I reshaped her breasts using the technique of the internal dermal bra breast lift and breast reshaping. Also, I elevated her inframammary folds and repositioned them at a higher, um, location so that we can provide her with a double lift. We tightened her outer chest where she had a significant amount of outer chest skin laxity, and we did that through the breast lift incision. Arm lift, armpit elevation, and then our signature high definition tummy tuck with pubic lift. Not too bad for a day's work.
