High-Definition Lower Body Lift™ with Buttock Enhancement & Lift, and Structural Thigh Lift - January 2026

SURGERY INFORMATION:

LEARN MORE ABOUT: High-Definition Lower Body Lift™, Thighplasty, Buttock Enhancement

PATIENT AGE: Early 30s

SURGEON: Dr. Siamak Agha MD, PhD, FACS

FOLLOW-UP TRANSCRIPT:

So we are only three weeks out from her buttock lift, buttock reshaping, thigh front lift, outer thigh lift. Our patient is from Europe. She had had a beautiful tummy tuck, so there was no need to do that. We did remove a little bit of fat from the umbilicus to make it into an innie. But our incision essentially starts here and then goes all the way back.

We cut her previous tummy tuck incision out and gave her a new incision. Through this incision, we removed the excess tissue from this region like this. As we came to the sides, we continued removing waist and outer thigh tissue, lifted it up, did a structural correction of the outer thigh lift, thigh front lift, and buttock lift.

Structural correction means that the whole structure is dissociated from the muscle, lifted, and put back, and that's what gives you longevity of the results. And she's doing extremely well. She's staying in LA, but is back today for a follow-up, and she'll be with us for a few more weeks before she flies back home.

So my patient is about to go back to Europe, and today is her last visit. She's been here for four weeks. So this is her incision on this side, nice and thin. And the redness will continue to become fainter and fainter over time, and it may take about a year.

The redness represents blood vessels growing into healing tissue. It always goes away as you heal. There you go. Looking pretty amazing, to say the least.

Surgery Plan

SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

So today we are doing a high-definition lower body lift. Our patient actually is pretty young, and she's not a weight loss patient. Home for you is? Europe. Europe. And she has previously had a tummy tuck in LA or back home? Back home. Back home. So her abdominal contour looks beautiful. We are not going to do another tummy tuck for her.

But what she's unhappy with is the size of the thighs and the fact that she has had liposuction of the thighs previously, and that has created contour irregularities. She's also unhappy with the position of her buttocks.

So today we'll be performing liposuction and lipo-shifting of the front of the thighs and the outer thighs, removing a good amount of excess fat, performing anterior thigh lift, which is elevation of the thigh front, my own created procedure.

Then coming to the outer thighs, again, additional lipo-shifting and an outer thigh lift. And you can see this maneuver will actually help with these contour irregularities. And the way I do this is not just removing skin, but doing a structural lift, meaning that the lift actually happens from here and then is built here, and then finally at the junction of the skin excision.

Coming to the buttocks, we'll be performing a buttock lift. She has instructed me not to make her buttocks smaller, meaning that she wants them to still be full and round.

And in order to achieve that, not only will we be lifting them up, but also we'll be taking this excess fat, rotating it and putting it back into the buttocks. That is flap augmentation using the lower back excess fat, and that essentially is permanent correction and permanent augmentation.

This is very different than liposuction and fat transfer because this comes with its own blood supply and is permanent correction. So by the end of the procedure, her buttocks are going to appear to be rounder and fuller than what they are already. You ready? Okay.

Surgery Results - Back

TRANSCRIPT

So I'm now done with the back part of the surgery, and as you can appreciate, our patient has a beautiful buttock lift and buttock augmentation. Her buttocks are round this way and this way, and that has to do with the fact that we augmented her buttocks with lower back fat pads as well as liposuctioned fat. She wished to remain voluptuous. Therefore, we created fullness and roundness for her, utilizing all of her excess tissue, and at the same time performed liposhifting of the outer thighs, removing about 150 cc of fat from these areas and lifting that area to correct the contour irregularities that had been created through previous liposuction. I also liposuctioned her flanks to create concavity of her waist and working towards an hourglass look for our patient.

Surgery Results - Front

TRANSCRIPT

So on the front, our patient had contour irregularities of the thighs in continuation with the outer thighs, as well as excess prominence of fat. Today, I performed liposhifting of these areas and minor liposuction, just as we did for the outer thighs. And then I continued with the outer thigh lift elevation and elevated the whole front unit of her thigh, in continuation with the outer thighs. There we go.
