Our patient is 66 years young and just look how beautiful she looks. I mean, she's really stunning. We did an internal dermal bra breast lift in 2024. The left breast was slightly larger. We just lifted them up and this time we went back and put fat into the right breast. They are far more symmetrical and obviously larger. You happy? Yes.
So you're looking at the final result of our internal dermal bra breast lift. Our patient is in her mid 60s and wish to have more symmetrical breasts. In the process of lifting them, obviously I created an internal bra and then shaped her breasts, made them narrower, pulled out her chest. Tissue inwards, recruited it to augment the smaller right breast, created cleavage, over corrected her breast position, and then added a little bit of fat to both breasts to make them even more symmetrical. And they just look amazing.
