And you can see how beautiful she looks. She's got a beautifully sculpted high-definition tummy tuck, and this is her incision. So it's still a little bit red, and this is going to get much, much better, but you can still appreciate her beautiful definition and her overall correction.

And just look how tight her thighs look, and you saw her buttocks. So there you go.

SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

So today we are doing a lower body lift with a partial tummy tuck. Our patient doesn't have a ton of upper abdominal skin, and therefore I cannot cut this much out. So I will instead be closing the navel on itself and pulling it down as far as we can, so that becomes a partial tummy tuck.

Otherwise, she's going to get abdominal muscle tightening, a little bit of liposuction here and here, and in the front, we're going to do a front thigh lift, outer thigh lift, removing all of this and pulling the outer thighs up while I'm cutting the waist.

And then the same thing here, a buttock lift. Let's see what it makes. It makes a huge difference.

And we're going to utilize this lower back fat pad to augment the buttocks. We're going to liposuction her flanks to create more of an hourglass look, and also we're going to use that fat to fill out the dimples.

Surgery Result - Back

TRANSCRIPT

On the back, I did our usual buttock lift, buttock augmentation with lower back fat pads, liposuction of the lower back and flanks, and fat transfer to the lower buttocks. And as you can appreciate, our patient now has a beautiful buttock shape and fullness that is very round, as she wished for it to be. And let's go and look at the other side. And this is the other side. Very proportionate to the rest of her. Not too big, not too small.

Surgery Result - Front

And this is the final result of our surgery on the front. You can see how beautifully restored her abdominal definition looks and how symmetrical her incisions are. I also cut around the navel and created an elliptical and vertically oriented navel opening and pulled the navel through. On the side, the patient is flat, but you can appreciate her beautiful three-dimensional abdominal contour looking at her from an angle or from the front. And the surgery was completed with a pubic lift and lifting the front of her thighs, obviously, as I normally do. Beautiful.
