The back portion of this patient's surgery is complete, including a buttock lift, buttock augmentation using lower back fat pads, liposuction, and fat transfer to the lower buttocks. The procedure also corrected significant asymmetry, as the right buttock was previously wider and lower than the left. Both sides now appear more symmetrical in height and width, creating a fuller, rounder, lifted appearance with enhanced hourglass contours. Surgical tape was applied to help minimize bruising before proceeding to the front portion of the surgery.
