TRANSCRIPT

We are six weeks out from a brachioplasty, or an arm lift, and she's healing perfectly. I just wanted to show you her incisions. You can barely see them. And if you want to put your arms down by your side, when your arms are down, you can't see them at all. You want to tell me how the recovery's been? Recovery's been great. I'm taking it as an excuse to take it easy. Cool. You're doing so good. Thank you

Surgery Results

TRANSCRIPT

So today we did a breast augmentation and lift in our patient who's lost over 100 pounds of weight, as well as arm lift surgery. In the process, I lifted her armpit higher and reconstructed it at a higher position. I made her breasts rounder, lifted them up, and then placed 385cc silicone implants. And this is our final result. One last look, and you can see how perfect and symmetrical she looks.
