The combination of liposuction and weight loss has created rolls of skin and indentations. You can see the liposuction stab incisions here. She's had liposuction of her back, creating this roll of skin around her mid or lower back area, the junction of the lower and the mid back. And that skin cannot be pulled down, you see? So the only way to correct this would be to do an upper body lift, a bra line upper body lift in the future. But she's not here for this. She's here for this.
So today we'll be performing a buttock lift, buttock enhancement with lower back fat pads, liposuction, fat transfer to the butt. So two modalities of buttock enhancement with her own lower back fat, and also whatever else we liposuction, we're going to put in the lower buttocks. Again, the aim is not to necessarily augment the butt, but to shape them to create roundness and fullness.
On the sides, she's had a previous extended tummy tuck that comes all the way here. We're going to be cutting this scar out and creating a new one. In the process, we're going to be removing additional skin of her waist, and then we're going to lift the outer thighs.
And on the front, we're going to be revising her tummy tuck scar, liposuctioning this fullness to some degree, revising her tummy tuck scar, lifting the outer thighs, lifting the front of the thighs, and lowering this incision by about an inch while we are doing that.
You'll also notice that I've marked her thighs. That's because if you see, she has had, again, liposuction at home, and that has created not only indentations but contour irregularities. This is so extensive that now, in order to improve it, she will need a thigh reduction, a procedure that has an incision that starts here and comes down here. It's also known as a vertical thighplasty, so she's going to need this in the future.
But what you'll notice is that she's got a lot of fullness on the front. So today we'll be liposuctioning this down to make it thinner so it's more consistent with the outer thighs and the inner thighs. And that liposuction, unfortunately, will increase the skin laxity.
But given the fact that we have already planned to do a vertical thighplasty, she can come back in three to six months and we can do a better thigh reduction, removing more thigh skin and giving her a more slender, more balanced, and smoother thigh.
Obviously, there is about two inches of fat here and about half an inch here. So there is a huge discrepancy in the amount of fat that she has over her thighs, and we want to create more of a balanced transition from the front of the thighs to the inner thighs to the outer thighs.
So we'll start that today. We'll finish this in the future, and perhaps we'll do a vertical thighplasty with a bra line upper body lift in the future in one day and complete her procedures. You ready? I'm ready. Ready. Let's do it.
