9-MONTH FOLLOW-UP TRANSCRIPT:

So we are seeing one of our patients. She's back from Florida for a follow-up. We did a lower body lift and breast implant exchange. The lower body lift obviously included a tummy tuck, pubic lift, thigh lift, buttock lift, liposuction, and buttock enhancement. How long has it been? It has been almost exactly nine months.

What do you think? I'm so thrilled. Can I tell you, it's been a wonderful journey, and I've enjoyed working with you so much. You've been such a... attention to detail and very kind and very warm and very embracing of my insecurities and the things that I needed and wanted fixed. Thank you. I truly appreciate that.

And look how beautiful this abdomen looks. Beautifully defined. And then I'm going to rotate her. We didn't have a ton of fat to work with, but we used what we had, and she's got a nice buttock shape, fullness, roundness. Smaller, but still beautiful.

Size is not the most important factor. It's the shape and the definition and projection, and she has all of that. I do. Very happy. Thank you. You're welcome.

SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

Today our plan of surgery is a lower body lift. Our patient is not a weight loss patient, and you've come from Florida, right? Florida. And what bothers you? Well, I think just the aging and the loose skin, mostly in my thighs and my belly after four kids, and I think everything in the back. Four kids? You had four kids. Wow. Skin's hanging on the ground, yeah. It isn't, but...

So this is more like a comprehensive mommy makeover in a sense, because a lower body lift is not a procedure that is designed only for weight loss patients. It's for anyone who wishes to contour their front and back at the same time, working on the abdomen, the thighs, and the butt, and moving fat from one area and placing it into another while removing the excess skin. So it can be a comprehensive mommy makeover.

She desires to have a body of a 20-year-old. So we'll be aiming to achieve that. And in the process, today we'll be doing a tummy tuck. We'll be floating her navel, putting it lower. It's very high. She actually wants it lower, so it's going to work out perfectly.

We're going to do a pubic lift, thigh front lift, outer thigh lift, waist reduction, and as we rotate her on the back, let's look at the back too. We're going to do flap augmentation of the buttocks.

We're going to put fat here and here, where we're going to essentially take this fat between the upper and lower buttock lift incision, utilize the fat as a flap, rotate it, and put it into the butt. That's a permanent augmentation. It doesn't resorb because it's coming based on its own blood supply.

We'll be doing a little bit of liposuction and putting fat into here. This buttock cheek is lower, so we'll cut it a little bit lower and bring it up to make it match with the other side.

And then we'll finish the surgery on the front. Let's rotate you on the front. We're changing her implants.
