SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

So today we are doing a 360-degree kind of mommy makeover that includes liposuction, Brazilian butt lift, and a high-definition tummy tuck. Our patient also has an umbilical hernia after pregnancy. A lot of mothers do have umbilical hernias after pregnancy, so it's a common phenomenon.

And we'll be correcting that for her at the time of her tummy tuck. The time to do it is now, obviously. So again, low-cut, super low-cut incision, pubic lift. We're going to be removing this much skin. She doesn't have a ton of upper abdominal skin laxity, so I may not be able to cut as much as this. So she may end up with a partial tummy tuck, which means that instead of cutting this much out, you're just cutting a little bit less. And then her incision, her navel opening, will be closed on itself and pulled down. So she'll end up with a low-cut incision with a small vertical component that represents the closure of the opening of the navel. The navel will be saved, the hernia will be corrected, and a new opening will be made and the navel will be pulled through that one. We're gonna do liposculpting, and we're gonna start the surgery on her back. What we are planning to do is a complete back view enhancement, meaning that we're gonna liposuction the upper back, the mid back, the lower back folds, the sacrum, the outer chest, try to narrow her top and remove all that golden fat and use it and utilize it to enhance the shape and projection of her buttocks. Let's do it.

3 YEAR FOLLOW UP TRANSCRIPT:

So today you get to see a long-term result of a high-definition tummy tuck. Our patient is three years after her high-definition tummy tuck, and just look at her sculpted abdomen. Again, this is a technical feature of the tummy tuck. This is not liposuction.

Having said that, we did liposuction her back and we put some fat into her buttocks, meaning that we obviously did a Brazilian butt lift. And she tells us, how big was the butt before? It was a pancake. It was a pancake. So we went from a pancake to a nice-looking average-size buttocks, which is very appropriate for her physique. And then on the front, just look at her beautiful high-definition tummy tuck. You like it? Yes.
