This 37-year-old female patient came to Dr. Siamak Agha’s surgery center in Newport Beach, Orange County, after losing 130 pounds and reducing her weight from 285 to approximately 160 pounds. Her weight loss left her with a substantial abdominal overhang, pubic sagging, loose skin around her waist and thighs, and buttocks that appeared deflated and lower than desired.
Dr. Agha performed a High-Definition Lower Body Lift™ that included a High-Definition Tummy Tuck™, pubic lift, front and outer thigh lifts, waist reduction, and buttock lift with lipoaugmentation. Liposuction of the lower abdomen, flanks, waist, lower back, and love handles further refined her shape.
The results show a dramatic reduction in the heavy abdominal overhang and a flatter, more defined midsection. Her waist appears narrower, while lifting the front and outer thighs created a smoother transition from the torso into the legs.
