This lovely patient came to Dr. Agha at The One Plastic Surgery seeking removal of her 375 cc saline breast implants while preserving as much breast volume and shape as possible. Because she had adequate natural breast tissue and did not want a breast lift, the surgical plan combined breast implant removal with liposuction of the back and fat transfer to the breasts. A capsulectomy was not required.
More than 1,000 cc of clean, processed fat was harvested from her back and flanks, allowing approximately 510 cc to be strategically transferred into each breast. The fat was concentrated along the upper poles and inner breasts to improve roundness, restore fullness, and enhance cleavage after implant removal. Her results show naturally fuller breasts with improved upper-pole volume and a more refined waist and back contour—all without new breast implants or a breast lift.
