Restoring Breast Shape and Body Proportion with a Staged Mommy Makeover: Internal Dermal Bra Breast Lift, J-Thoracoplasty, Breast Fat Transfer, Extended Tummy Tuck & Anterior Thigh Lift
This female patient came to Dr. Agha seeking a more balanced breast and body contour after previous breast implant removal. She had breast sagging and noticeable asymmetry, along with excess tissue extending into the outer chest, fullness through the love handles and waist, abdominal skin and muscle laxity, and looseness across the front of the thighs. Because her concerns involved both the breasts and abdomen, her transformation was approached as a staged High-Definition Mommy Makeover.
During the first stage, Dr. Agha performed an Internal Dermal Bra breast lift to elevate and reshape the breasts using her own internal breast tissues for added support. A J-Thoracoplasty was incorporated to address the excess tissue along the outer chest and improve the transition from the lateral chest into the breast. This was an important part of the transformation because it allowed Dr. Agha to treat the breast and surrounding chest contour together rather than focusing on the breast alone.
Fat transfer was then used to improve breast volume and asymmetry. Dr. Agha transferred 90 cc to the left breast and 180 cc to the right breast, with more volume placed into the smaller side to create better balance. Liposuction of the love handles and pre-axillary areas further refined the contours around the torso and upper chest.
During the second stage, Dr. Agha performed a breast lift revision along with an additional 135 cc of fat transfer to the smaller right breast for further refinement of breast symmetry. He also performed an Extended High-Definition Tummy Tuck™, removing excess abdominal skin and tightening the underlying abdominal wall from the upper abdomen through the pubic region. Flank liposuction helped further define the waist, while an anterior thigh lift elevated loose tissue across the front of the thighs to improve the transition from the lower abdomen into the upper legs.
The final photographs show substantially improved breast position and symmetry, a smoother outer-chest contour, a flatter and firmer abdomen, greater waist definition, and a more elevated anterior thigh contour. Her results maintain a natural breast shape while creating a more cohesive proportion from the chest through the abdomen and thighs.
The after photographs were taken approximately 22 months after her first surgery and nearly 5 months after her second surgery.
