Patient Details
This patient in her mid-40s presented with severe circumferential laxity after losing 150 pounds, including abdominal redundancy, mons descent, buttock deflation, and substantial vertical thigh laxity. As part of a planned multi-stage total body lift, Dr. Siamak Agha began with a High-Definition Lower Body Lift™ designed to re-establish support, contour, and symmetry across the lower trunk.
The surgery started with liposuction of the lower back, where 1,000 cc of fat was removed to slim and contour the waist. Her buttocks were then lifted and buttocks fullness was restored using lower back flap. The liposuctioned fat was then processed and used for buttocks lipoaugmentation, with 400 cc micrografted into each side to restore shape and improve projection.
Dr. Agha then performed an abdominoplasty, outer thigh lift, and anterior (front) thigh lift while correcting mons ptosis through a monsplasty. In addition, the patient also had a vertical thighplasty to reduce the width of each thigh through a vertical inner thigh incision.
Her body lift before and after results show a significantly flatter abdomen, a lifted waistline, smoother thigh contours, and rounder buttocks that appear naturally proportioned to her new shape. This case demonstrates how a High-Definition Lower Body Lift™ can serve as a transformative first step in a full body-lift sequence, restoring structure and balance after massive weight loss.
