Patient Details
This patient in her early 30s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking correction of widespread body laxity affecting the abdomen, waist, thighs, buttocks, and arms. Her goals were to restore abdominal support, lift and reshape the lower body, enhance buttock projection, and tighten the arms for a more balanced, streamlined silhouette.
To achieve this, Dr. Agha performed a Total Body Lift, beginning with a High-Definition Lower Body Lift™ that included a Full Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), Monsplasty, an Outer Thigh Lift, and a Buttock Lift. The abdominal flap was elevated, the rectus muscles were tightened from the ribcage to the pubic rim, and excess tissue was excised to flatten the abdomen and restore core stability.
Targeted liposuction was used to refine contour throughout the torso, including 1,000 cc from the lower abdomen and waist, 150 cc from each saddlebag, and 1,300 cc from the flanks and lower back. To restore buttock volume and shape, Dr. Agha combined Lower-Back Dermal Flap Augmentation with Fat Transfer, grafting 600 cc of purified fat into each buttock using a micrografting technique.
An Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) was also performed, with 100 cc of fat removed from each arm, tightening the upper arms and correcting axillary laxity.
Her postoperative total body lift photos—taken 6 months post-op—show a flatter abdomen, lifted and fuller buttocks, smoother waist and thigh transitions, and refined arms. This case highlights how a meticulously planned total body lift can restore harmony across multiple regions in a single operation.
