Patient Details
This patient in her mid-40s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking comprehensive body contouring after experiencing widespread skin laxity and volume loss affecting the abdomen, waist, thighs, buttocks, and arms. Her goal was to restore smoother contours, improve lower-body projection, and achieve better balance from the torso down.
To address these concerns, Dr. Agha performed a Total Body Lift, which included a Circumferential Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), Monsplasty, Anterior (front) Thigh Lift, Outer Thigh Lift, and Buttock Lift. During the buttocks lift, buttocks projection was restored using lower back fat flaps as well as injected fat. On the front, the abdominal skin was elevated, the rectus muscles were tightened from the ribcage to the pubic rim, and excess tissue was excised to restore core support and a flatter abdominal contour.
Extensive liposuction was also performed to refine the silhouette, including 1,600 cc from the lower abdomen and flanks, 250 cc from each inner thigh, 50 cc from each inner knee, and an additional 800 cc from the mid and lower back. To restore buttock volume and projection, the liposuctioned fat was clean washed and 500 cc of purified fat was grafted into each buttock using a micrografting technique.
Additional procedures included a limited Vertical Thighplasty to tighten the inner thighs and Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) to correct upper-arm laxity and arm pit sagging.
Her postoperative total body lift after photos—taken approximately 6 months (naked pictures) and then 4 years later (in thong) —show the lasting results of Dr. Agha’s structural body lift. This transformation highlights how a meticulously planned total body lift can restore shape, structure, and harmony across multiple regions.
