This 36 year old female presented to The Aesthetic Centers for a lower body lift and thigh lift after losing 60 pounds of weight on her own. The patient underwent a lower body lift, circumferential tummy tuck, buttock lift, buttock augmentation with her own tissue, liposuction of her back, and The Aesthetic Centers’ signature Spiral thigh lift. Her post-operative pictures were shown at 6 weeks before her return back home to Nevada.
