Patient Details
This patient in her early 20s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers after losing 160 pounds, which left her with extensive abdominal laxity, mons ptosis, deflated buttocks, loose thighs, and significant upper-arm sagging. Her goal was to achieve a tighter, smoother, and more balanced contour from the abdomen through the lower body and arms.
To correct these concerns, Dr. Agha performed a High-Definition Lower Body Lift™—his own pioneered procedure designed to address both vertical and horizontal laxity. Her operation included a Full Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), with rectus muscle tightening, Monsplasty, Buttock Lift, and elevation of the outer thighs. He began by contouring the waist through extensive liposuction of the flanks and lower pannus, removing 2,000 cc of fat, followed by an additional 1,000 cc from the lower back to refine the waistline and improve posterior contour.
Following the buttocks lift, the harvested fat was purified and used for high-volume Buttock Augmentation, adding 700 cc per side to restore projection and rebuild curvature lost after massive weight loss. To complete her reconstruction, Dr. Agha performed an L-brachioplasty to remove upper-arm laxity and create a more proportional silhouette.
Her body lift after photos show a dramatically flatter abdomen, a lifted waistline, smoother thighs, and fuller buttocks—all transitioning naturally through the waist and hip line. The circumferential lift provides a cohesive, continuous contour that supports her lower body and highlights the results of her weight-loss journey.
