Patient Details
This patient in her mid-40s came to Dr. Siamak Agha after losing more than 170 pounds, leaving her with significant abdominal laxity, thigh looseness, mons ptosis, and buttock deflation. Her goal was to restore a smoother, firmer, and more proportionate contour across the entire lower body.
To address these concerns, Dr. Agha performed a High-Definition Lower Body Lift™ with Circumferential Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), combining abdominal reshaping with circumferential tissue elevation. The procedure included a Full Tummy Tuck, Monsplasty, Outer Thigh Lift, Buttock Lift, and waist contouring. During surgery, he refined the waist through liposuction of the flanks, removing 800 cc of fat, which was then purified for autologous fat transfer.
Because massive weight loss often leaves the buttocks flat and deflated, Dr. Agha performed Buttock Augmentation using both autologous tissue flaps and micro-fat grafting, adding 240 cc of fat per side to enhance projection and restore curvature. The outer thigh tissues were detached from the muscle, elevated, and anchor-sutured at a higher position, erasing vertical laxity and smoothing the transition from hip to knee.
Her postoperative photos show a dramatically firmer abdomen, a lifted waistline, smoother thighs, and fuller buttocks. The circumferential scar sits low and follows a natural bikini-line arc, supporting a balanced, streamlined silhouette.
