Patient Details
This patient in her late 40s presented to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers for revision after a previous lower body lift performed elsewhere. Despite her earlier surgery, she continued to struggle with persistent lower-body laxity, thigh looseness, buttock deflation, and contour irregularities through the waist and lower back. Her goal was to achieve a more lifted, smoother, and cohesive contour from abdomen to thigh.
Dr. Agha performed a Lower Body Lift Redo—a multi-component procedure designed to correct both vertical and circumferential laxity. Her operation included a Full Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) with muscle tightening, Outer Thigh Lift, Buttock Lift, waist and lower-back skin excision, and thigh-front elevation. To rebalance her proportions, he performed detailed liposuction of the flanks, lower back, and anterior thighs, removing 350 cc from the right thigh, 450 cc from the left thigh, and 1,100 cc from the lower back and flanks.
The harvested fat was purified and used for outer Buttock Augmentation, adding 120 cc per side to restore outer-hip fullness. Additional fat transfer to the upper arms addressed prior liposuction depressions.
Her postoperative lower body lift after photos show a noticeably lifted lower body, smoother outer thighs, a firmer abdominal contour, and improved buttock shape—all while maintaining a natural transition across the waist and hips.
