LOWER BODY LIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 13

This 48 year-old patient previously had a lower body lift surgery in the East Coast. The patient presented from Philadelphia to Dr. Siamak Agha at Newport Beach, Orange County, to have revisions of her lower body lift. The patient was specifically unhappy with her buttock size, and her thigh skin laxity. Although the thigh skin laxity was minor, the thigh skin lacked a smooth contour and had multiple dimples and cellulites on the thigh sides, back, and the front. She also wished to have a more symmetrical scar.
