This is a young female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a rhinoplasty procedure. The patient was unhappy with her nasal hump and her large boxy nasal tip. Dr. Agha performed an open rhinoplasty procedure on this patient. During this procedure, her nasal hump was reduced as per patient’s request, her tip was made smaller and feminized. Her post-operative pictures are shown at 9 months.
