This young Middle Eastern female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a rhinoplasty procedure. The patient was unhappy with her nasal hump, her wide nasal bridge, her tip projection, and her tip droop. Dr. Agha performed an open rhinoplasty procedure on this patient. During this procedure, her nasal hump was removed, her nasal bridge was narrowed, her tip was reduced, feminized and lifted. With the removal of the nasal bump, These changes gave the patient’s features a more balanced appearance, and gave her an overall more feminine look. Her post-operative pictures are shown at 12 months.
