Patient Details
This patient in her late 20s came to Dr. Siamak Agha in Newport Beach with a history of tuberous breast shape, limited upper-pole fullness, and lack of breast clevage.
During her breast surgery, Dr. Agha performed a peri-areolar mastopexy to reposition the nipple areola over the breast tissue with 300 cc of fat transfer to each breast. This approach softened the tuberous constriction, improved breast projection, and created a more rounded contour while avoiding implants. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back helped supply the fat needed for augmentation.
Her 5-month postoperative results show noticeably fuller breasts, smoother upper-pole transitions, and refined, more symmetrical areolar borders. The overall outcome highlights how fat-transfer breast enhancement can beautifully correct tuberous breast characteristics while maintaining an ultra-natural look.
