This patient in her early-30s, came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking correction of her tuberous breast shape. Her breasts appeared tight and constricted at the lower pole, with widened areolae and limited roundness. She hoped for a result that felt soft, balanced, and naturally proportioned.
To achieve this, Dr. Agha performed tuberous breast correction along with submuscular breast augmentation. The constricted lower breast poles were carefully released to allow the breast mound to expand and round out. The areolae were reduced and reshaped to match the new breast contour. Smooth, round Natrelle saline implants (Style 68HP – High Profile) were placed beneath the muscle, and filled to 400 cc to enhance symmetry and provide natural upper pole fullness.
Her postoperative photos, taken 2 months after surgery, show a soft, rounded breast shape, improved symmetry, and more proportionate areolar size.
