Patient Details
This patient in her mid-20s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking fuller breasts with improved shape and balance. She desired more volume and projection, while maintaining a natural transition from chest to breast that felt proportionate to her frame.
On examination, she had mild breast asymmetry, with one breast naturally carrying slightly less volume. Apart from asymmetry, patient had tuberous breast shape, with characteristic short lower breast height.
To correct for tuberous breast shape, short lower breast height, Dr Agha lowered the patient’s mammary crease to increase lower breast height.
To create a balanced and harmonious contour, Dr. Agha selected silicone implants sized individually for each breast to ensure symmetry.
The implants used were Natrelle smooth, round style 20 (moderate profile) implants. The left breast received a 700 cc implant, and the right breast received a 650 cc implant. The implants were placed under the pectoral muscle to support a soft, natural slope and minimize implant visibility.
Her postoperative results show enhanced fullness, improved upper pole shape, and more even symmetry between both breasts, while maintaining a cohesive and proportional silhouette. The breasts appear rounder and more projected, yet still soft, feminine, and in harmony with her overall body proportions.
This transformation highlights Dr. Agha’s thoughtful approach to implant selection and placement, ensuring that the final result looks beautifully balanced and naturally integrated with the patient’s shape.
