BREAST REDUCTION SURGERY BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 9

This younger patient presented to Dr. Agha for a breast reduction and lift as well as 360 degree liposuction of her back and belly.  Examination of her breasts were remarkable for very large, uneven and saggy breasts. Patient’s breasts were a DDD cup size and the left breast was noted to be larger than the right.  Also the right nipple areola and breast were farther out than the left side.

During her surgery, Dr. Agha performed liposuction of this patient’s back, flanks, and abdomen, as well as a breast reduction and internal bra breast lift.  Dr. Agha removed more breast tissue from the larger left breast to make the breasts even.  He then shaped the reduced breasts into a breast mound that he placed higher on her chest.  He also rotated the right breast inwards to match the left breast position.
