This patient in her mid-50s visited Dr. Siamak Agha in Newport Beach hoping to regain a more lifted, youthful breast silhouette. Natural aging and changes in skin elasticity had caused the breasts to settle lower on the chest, with the nipples pointing downward, creating a sense of heaviness.
To restore proportion and position, Dr. Agha performed a tailored Wise-pattern breast lift. The nipple-areola complex was gently elevated, and the breast mound was reshaped to restore roundness and support. Excess skin was removed to refine the outer contour, while internal suturing techniques helped reinforce the new shape so the results would age gracefully.
Four years later, the patient returned to enhance her breast size. During this follow-up procedure, Dr. Agha placed Natrelle textured round Inspira silicone implants (375 cc) to restore projection in a way that complemented her frame. To perfect contour and symmetry, he added 20 cc of fat transfer to each upper pole, creating a smooth, natural transition.
