This patient, in her late 30s, came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking additional breast fullness after previously undergoing an Internal Dermal Bra Breast Lift. To achieve this, Dr. Agha performed bilateral breast augmentation using smooth, round silicone implants (400 cc) placed under the pectoral muscle. A precise submuscular pocket was developed on each side to ensure natural transitions along the chest wall, minimize visibility and rippling, and create soft, cohesive fullness. Implant placement beneath the muscle also provides durable support over time and a more natural slope to the upper breast.
