To meet these goals, Dr. Agha removed her previous larger implants and performed a breast lift using a Wise-pattern technique, reshaping the breast envelope and elevating the nipple-areolar complex to a more youthful position. He then placed smaller silicone implants in a submuscular pocket, and performed pocket modification for the smaller implants- providing improved implant support and a smooth, naturally contoured upper slope.
The outcome is a balanced transformation — the breasts sit higher on the chest, the shape is more harmonious with her frame, and the overall appearance is soft and proportionate. The new implant size brings the focus back to natural contour rather than volume.
