This patient in her mid-30s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking a fuller, natural-looking enhancement of her breast shape. To achieve this, Dr. Agha performed a breast augmentation using silicone implants. Through carefully placed inframammary fold incisions, he created precise pockets beneath the chest muscles (submuscular placement). Positioning the implants under the muscle allows the implant edges to blend smoothly with the chest wall, helping ensure a natural slope and refined upper pole contour.
Postoperatively, the patient’s breasts appear fuller, rounder, and proportional to her figure, while maintaining a natural silhouette. Her breast augmentation before and after photos were taken 5 months after surgery, and she was extremely pleased with her results—feeling more balanced, confident, and curvaceous.
