This patient in her late 40s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking improvement in her breast shape after several previous breast surgeries. Over time, she noticed her breasts had begun to settle, with loss of upper pole fullness, stretching of the lower breast tissue, and migration of the breast down on her chest. She desired a more lifted, youthful contour with natural-looking volume — without appearing over-augmented.
To address her goals, Dr. Agha performed a revision breast lift (mastopexy) with breast repositioning to reshape and re-support the breast tissue. The inframammary fold (breast crease) was carefully restored to its proper position to correct the downward shift that had contributed to elongation of the breast shape. Once the foundation was rebuilt, 304 cc Natrelle, style 15 (moderate profile), silicone implants were placed to restore fullness and enhance upper breast contour while maintaining proportional balance with her frame.
Her results show a beautifully renewed breast shape:

• The breast mound is rounder and more evenly projected
• The overall contour appears lifted, supported, and feminine
