This 34 years old female had breast augmentation 2 years earlier with another surgeon. The patient was unhappy with lack of upper breast fullness. On examination, the patient’s breast implants were found to be too low on her chest. The patient underwent breast augmentation revision with correction of her implant pockets and elevation of her implants.Post-operative pictures are taken at 3 months after her revision.
