This patient in her late 40s presented to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking to refine her abdominal contour and achieve a smoother, more defined waistline after pregnancy-related changes. She was concerned with loose abdominal tissue, moderate muscle separation, and fullness throughout her waist and upper abdominal roll.
To restore balance and contour, Dr. Agha performed his signature High-Definition Tummy Tuck™ (abdominoplasty) combined with liposuction of the waist and upper abdominal roll, followed by fat transfer to the buttocks. During the tummy tuck, approximately 550 mL of fat was removed from each waist area and 100 mL total from the upper abdominal roll, refining the midsection before tightening the abdominal muscle wall from the ribcage to the pubic rim.
