This patient in her late 50s returned to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach after a prior Brazilian butt lift, with a desire to correct her many abdominal rolls on her front. She was bothered by upper abdominal fullness, loose skin, and contour irregularities in her waist and abdomen.
To correct her abdominal rolls, Dr. Agha performed a customized high-definition extended tummy tuck to remove the excess skin rolls and to tighten the abdominal wall from the ribcage to the pubic bone. Liposuction of the upper abdominal roll and lower abdominal pannus was performed, yielding roughly 900 ml of refined fat. A portion of this was strategically grafted—about 120 cc per side—into the outer buttocks to create a smooth, rounded transition from waist to hip.
The final result is a sculpted, proportionate figure with a defined waistline and flat abdominal contour. Her postoperative tummy tuck photos were taken 3 months after surgery, showing a tightened abdomen, refined curves, and a natural transition between the waist and hips. The incision lies low and blends naturally beneath underwear, showcasing a toned abdomen and subtly enhanced curves.
