MOMMY MAKEOVER BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 39

This 41 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a tummy tuck and breast implant exchange. She was unhappy with her abdominal bulge and laxity after pregnancy and her breast shape after previous breast augmentation elsewhere.

During her Mommy Makeover, Dr. Agha started her surgery by liposuctioning her mid and lower back and transferring the fat into her buttocks for augmentation and reshaping. After turning the patient over, he performed a Breast Augmentation Revision, where he corrected the shape of her breasts as well as the implant pocket from a previous breast augmentation. Finally, Dr. Agha performed his signature High Definition tummy tuck to tighten her abdominal muscles and wall and remove the excess skin in this area.

Her Mommy Makeover after photos shown here are taken about a year and a half after the operation. The patient now has implants that are correctly placed through a peri-areolar incision, buttocks reshaping with her own liposuctioned fat, lower back and waist concavity and a highly defined abdomen that is flat yet natural and defined.
