This patient in her early 30s returned to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking dramatic refinement through her waist, back, hips, and thighs. Having previously undergone a dermal bra suspension breast lift with Dr. Agha, she now desired comprehensive body contouring with smoother transitions and more defined proportions.
To reshape her figure, Dr. Agha performed extensive high-definition VASER liposuction of multiple areas. A total of 2,000 cc of fat was removed from the upper, mid, and lower back, flanks, and sacrum. This was followed by 1,600 cc of liposuction from the abdomen and flanks, 200 cc from each posterior arm, and 500 cc from each saddlebag. This multi-area approach allowed for precise sculpting of the waistline, smoother back contours, and refined outer-thigh transitions.
The purified fat harvested during liposuction was then used for outer-buttock fat transfer (BBL). Dr. Agha placed 330 cc of fat into each outer buttock, restoring roundness to the lateral hip area and creating a fuller, more balanced lower-body contour.
During the same procedure, she also underwent fat transfer to the breasts, with 360 cc placed into the left breast and 330 cc into the right.
Her results–taken 13 months post-op–show a significantly more sculpted waist, smoother lower-back contour, enhanced hip curvature, and improved buttock projection, demonstrating the power of high-volume liposuction paired with strategic fat transfer.
