This patient in her late 30s visited Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking fuller buttock shape and more definition through her waist and lower body. Her goals were centered on removing fat from stubborn areas, smoothing the lower-back transition, and creating a rounder, more lifted butt appearance.
To achieve this, Dr. Agha performed a Brazilian Butt Lift supported by targeted liposuction of the upper, mid, and lower back as well as the love handles, inner thighs, and inner knees. A total of 1,200 mL of fat was harvested from the back and flanks, followed by additional contouring of the thighs and knees. Once processed, 220 mL of purified fat was grafted into the right buttock and 180 mL into the left, with an additional 20 mL placed laterally on each side to refine the outer curves.
During the same surgery, she also underwent breast implant exchange.
Her postoperative liposuction and BBL photos show fuller buttock projection, a tighter waist contour, and smoother transitions through the lower back and hips. This case highlights how strategic liposuction combined with precise fat grafting can restore volume while enhancing lower-body balance and shape.
