Patient Details
This patient in her early 40s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking improvement of persistent upper-arm laxity following massive weight loss and a prior arm lift performed elsewhere. Despite her earlier surgery, she continued to struggle with loose skin, contour irregularities, and excess fullness over the deltoid region that affected both appearance and confidence.
To restore a smoother, more toned upper-arm contour, Dr. Agha performed an Arm Lift Redo (Brachioplasty Revision) combined with targeted deltoid liposuction. During surgery, 100 cc of fat was removed from each arm to debulk the outer deltoid region and improve contour transitions. The loose skin and tissue along the inner arms and axillary region were then carefully excised and secured to deeper supportive structures to reduce tension and improve long-term shape.
In the same operation, she also underwent a bra-line upper body lift, breast lift with internal support, and a reverse tummy tuck, all performed to harmonize the upper-torso contour.
Her post-operative images taken approximately 1 month after surgery show noticeable tightening through the upper arms, smoother transitions from the shoulder to the elbow, and improved symmetry. Although this is still an early healing phase, her early results already reflect improved proportion and arm definition.
